The menu covers facials, a range of massage styles, waxing and add-on treatments. Facials include a European Traditional Facial, an aromatherapy Serenity Facial built on herbal products and essential oils, and an External Youth Facial. Massages run from Swedish and deep tissue or sports work to East-West, hot stone and a Restore, Refresh, Revive massage that uses CBD-infused oil. A Mother-to-Be massage is designed for expectant mothers.

Spa services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online or by calling or texting 760-485-4443. Guests are asked to arrive freshly showered ten minutes early, and robes are provided. Cell phones, jewelry and valuables are left behind. Gratuity is not included in prices. Spa hours run from 8 AM to 9 PM, and after-hours appointments are available for an extra fee. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee.

Spa guests who are not staying at the resort may use the pool and hot tub after their treatment at no extra charge. Health, hygiene and sanitation follow a program called Columbia Clean, managed through the management company.
