Each in-person visit starts with a complimentary skin assessment, and the treatment is then chosen from a range of modalities. First-time visitors don't need to pick a treatment ahead of time because a full consultation is included. After the appointment, post-care instructions are reviewed and a home routine is set up, and complimentary product samples are given.

Clients who live too far to visit can book a virtual consultation for $150, which includes a review of the facial products they currently use and suggestions for what to try next. Online buyers can purchase samples or a travel kit.

Before a facial, clients are asked to stop active ingredients in their routine for three days and to leave at least a week after any waxing or injectables. Clients taking Accutane must wait six months after stopping before a facial, and those under a dermatologist's care may book once their doctor approves. A credit card is required to reserve, and changes need 24 hours' notice (48 hours for weekend appointments); late changes carry a $200 charge or a gift card deduction.

Each treatment is chosen after an in-person skin assessment, and the signature facials are designed to deep cleanse, exfoliate and replenish without requiring downtime. Facials are suggested monthly or every four to six weeks, since repeated sessions give the most visible results.
