Blonding is a large part of the menu. Most blonding packages are priced all-inclusive and generally include a haircut, a conditioning or Keratin elixir treatment, and a take-home K18 product. The range runs from face-frame and surface maintenance visits to full dimensional color and very light blonde results. The Platinum Card service colors every hair in foils, and the Creative Corrective version is listed at a longer appointment. After-hours full blonding and haircuts for weekends or evenings are requested through a waitlist.

The Luxe add-ons can be added to services that include a shampoo. The Luxe Volume and Luxe Repair versions start with a K18 chelator to remove metal and mineral buildup, then use a Leaf and Flower treatment steamed in with a nano mist steamer. Extra Time adds length and thickness work for a fixed fee.

Practical details: the salon is open Monday from 7 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on weekends. Most services take a booking deposit, with new clients paying a higher deposit for Keratin treatments. A 50% service charge applies to no-shows and to cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
