Hair services include cuts and blowouts for adults, children and tweens, barber cuts, fades, bang and fringe trims, and finishing with a flat iron or curls. Color ranges from root touch-ups and highlights to balayage, fantasy colors, face frames, men's color and Platinum Card color. Treatments include keratin, perms and Absolute Repair Molecular Treatment. The salon also offers facials, waxing, eyebrow shaping, make-up application and bridal hair.

Corrective and creative color begins with a consultation, and clients need to call to reserve it. Before the appointment, clients share their color history, including at-home box color and henna, along with any allergies, medications and previous chemical services. Special color or specialty chemical services also require a signed service waiver after the consultation.

Booking carries a few set policies. First-time guests pay a one-time deposit on the day of service, and a card is kept on file to schedule. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for shorter notice and a full charge for same-day cancellations and no-shows. Appointments of two hours or longer require a deposit, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Payment is due at the time of service, and gratuity is added separately by card at a kiosk.

Stylists work as a team, so if a preferred stylist is unavailable, clients may be offered a seat with someone else. Prices follow a multi-level menu tied to each stylist's level and demand for their time. Associate stylists graduate from cosmetology school and learn the salon's brand under a senior stylist before moving up to Level 1, and the salon runs an in-house technical and creative education program for its team.

Stylists work as a team, and clients may be offered another stylist's chair if their first choice is unavailable. Corrective and creative color is planned through a consultation first.
