About

Oya Wellness was founded in Miami by Angélica Camargo and now operates two locations: a third-floor space in the Brickell area of Miami and a suite on North Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach. The business describes itself as Miami's destination for integrative wellness, and it brings body treatments, skin work, injectables and nutrition guidance together under one roof.

Most treatments are built around the Slim Touch Method, a full-body approach that combines tissue release, organ stimulation, lymphatic drainage, breathing, stretching and postural adjustment. Slim Touch works on the abdomen, waist, back, legs and arms, and Slim Touch Detox is aimed at helping the body clear out toxins and impurities. Detox Power is a weight-loss program that pairs treatments with nutrition guidance, supplementation and regular InBody assessments to track progress. According to the business, guests often report up to 8 lbs of weight loss per month on the program; that figure comes from the business itself.

Facial treatments cover the face, jawline, cheeks, under-eye area and neck, and mix Brazilian techniques, manual therapies and high technology. Face Slim is a sculpting facial massage meant to reduce puffiness, Facial Cleanse includes cleansing, gentle extractions and hydration, and Glass Skin uses an enzymatic mask to firm and brighten the skin. Injectable options include hyaluronic acid fillers for the lips, dark circles, cheekbones, nose, chin, jaw and full face, alongside Botox, collagen biostimulators and Brazilian Shape.

The Integrative Assessment is an evaluation using InBody body composition analysis followed by a personalized consultation, and clients complete health forms beforehand. Appointments can be booked through the website. Both locations are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Hallandale Beach location can also be reached by phone or text at (305) 399-4140.

The Detox Meal is a three-day guided program of prepared meals and functional juices, designed to reduce bloating and support digestion without extreme restrictions. It is also available as a monthly subscription delivered to the home, with an exclusive discount for subscribers, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Oya Manifest, the business's ritual line, sells bath rituals, ritual powders, aromatic sprays and ritual soaps.

The business describes its philosophy as wellness from the inside out, combining bodywork, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, body contouring, injectables and integrative care, with treatments built around the Slim Touch Method.
