The color menu covers all-over glaze, face frame foils, single process with glaze, and partial and full foil services. Glaze is included with any foil or balayage, while a shadow root or extra glosses are charged separately. Highlighting services always finish with a blowdry or a haircut, and single process bookings can add either one. An all-over glaze is the simplest option and can be paired with a cut or blowdry if needed.

For cutting and styling, haircuts include a blowdry and can be booked at any length. The curly haircut is open to all lengths and comes with guidance on product for keeping curls in shape. Other hair services include a deep conditioning treatment, a wash and style, and a straightening or defrizzing service that takes about three and a half hours. Bang trims are quoted at a varying price.

If a client is unhappy with a service, they have one week to return for a free adjustment. Madison takes booking requests by text at the number listed on her profile.

Looks are tailored to each client, and the salon's family-centered, craft-first culture shapes how each appointment runs.
