Blonding is the main draw. Custom blonding comes in three sizes: mini blonding for the face frame, partial, and full. Each one includes blonding, a glaze and a blowdry, and a haircut can be added. Lived-in color and balayage are the other signature work, with glaze and blowdry included and an optional cut. Color retouches, retouches with foils, and glaze or toner visits round out the color menu.
Clients who are new to the salon can book a consultation at no charge. It covers hair history, goals and the look the client wants, and the stylist builds a customized plan from there. Appointment lengths are listed as starting estimates, with the longest blonding and lived-in color visits running roughly three to nearly four hours.
Cuts include a women's haircut with blowdry, a men's haircut, and a wash and blowout. Treatments include a Metal Detox Treatment for hair affected by well or hard water, and a Redken ABC Treatment, a bond-building service for compromised hair.
Booking policies are firm. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged half the scheduled service. No-shows are charged the full service. Fees go automatically to the card on file, and payments are taken through the booking platform. Clients running a few minutes late should send a message, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
