The salon focuses on bold, unconventional styles alongside relaxed, natural-looking color. Its menu runs from precision cuts and edgy styles to color work, blowouts and hair extensions. The salon encourages clients to be themselves and stay present during their visit.

Visits are meant to feel laid-back. The space is relaxed and casual, somewhere clients can settle in and spend time. Consultations are available for extensions, color, and a deep conditioning treatment, starting at $25.50 and lasting at least 30 minutes.

Color services include glossing and toning, balayage, highlighting and lowlighting, root touch-ups, all-over color, vivid color and corrective color. Corrective color addresses earlier coloring problems such as brassiness, uneven tone, banding and fading, and its price varies. Gloss is usually added after a highlighting or balayage service and is priced separately from balayage.

Booking policies include a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. New clients booking an Edgy Cut, Corrective Color, Vivid Service, Conditioning Treatment or Brazilian Blowout are asked for a deposit of $30, $200, $100, $15 and $100 respectively. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and online for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Gift card sales are final. Hours are Wednesday 1 to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 1 to 8 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM.
