Tape-in extensions come in 14 to 16 inch, 18 to 20 inch and 24 inch lengths, and the hair loss menu includes mesh integration with custom-ordered toppers.

Extension and hair loss services start with a consultation, which can take place by phone, and prices are not quoted over the phone. Final prices are set after that consultation, and discounts may be offered when multiple services are booked. Extension orders are placed by phone or in person and require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and extension sales are final. Sezzle payment plans are available for extensions.

Junior stylists work under the owner's hands-on training and continuous supervision, with senior stylist oversight.
