OutSpoken Headquarters, known as OHQ, was established in 2023 as a veteran-owned business. The Graham address is a newer location, and the business works as both a salon and a retail boutique. Its stated mission is to give people a way to speak up and speak out, and it describes itself as welcoming to people of all genders, ages, races, religions and backgrounds.

OutSpoken is a boutique offering hair work and esthetics under one roof. On the hair side, clients can book color, blonding, razor cutting, fantasy color and alternative styles. The esthetics menu includes personalized facials, treatments aimed at acne and at aging skin, full-body waxing, brow shaping and lash enhancement. Headspa, manicures and makeup application are also offered, and the boutique sells retail products alongside its services.

The salon aims for a private, personal conversation with each client rather than a cold or judgmental room, and it describes the space as peaceful and relaxed. The owner has also brought in healers and spiritual and metaphysical advisors, and the salon is hiring part-time stylists with full-time earning potential, paid hourly or by commission, whichever is greater, plus tips.

Clients keep an active card on file to secure appointments. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $50 fee, with a one-time waiver possible in emergencies at the salon's discretion. A no-show forfeits the deposit and is charged 50 percent of the booked total to the card on file, and future bookings are paused until the client speaks with the owner, manager or lead. Clients may reschedule up to two times before the 48-hour window, and a third reschedule requires prepayment. Product returns are accepted within 7 days for an exchange or store credit, and service concerns should be raised within 7 days because the salon does not offer refunds on services.
