The studio is reachable from Robinson, the South Hills, Downtown and the North Hills, with two hours of free street parking out front and designated customer spots on the left side of the building.

The facial menu centers on four custom options. The Signature Facial takes one hour and 15 minutes and costs $175; it is tailored to the face and neck and combines a hydrofacial, extractions, custom exfoliation, a mask, a low-grade peel, lymphatic drainage and LED light. The Mini Facial is a 30-minute express option at $75 that pairs a deep cleanse and hydrofacial with a treatment add-on. The FauxTox Facial is a one-hour, $175 treatment that uses several tools to lift and tighten, with deep lymphatic drainage, and the studio describes its effect as Botox-like without needles. The Carbon Laser Facial, listed at $150, applies a carbon mask and then a laser to exfoliate, cleanse and tighten pores; the studio says it involves no downtime and calls it its newest facial.

The Acne Clinic is a dedicated program. A free consultation is the recommended starting point. The eight-week intensive, listed at $800, includes a consultation, a full-size skincare regimen and six personalized treatments. The studio calls it Pittsburgh's first premium acne clinic. A monthly acne treatment membership is also offered at $125.

Beyond facials, the studio offers laser tattoo removal in six sizes from XS to XXL, with a free 15-minute consultation. The site's FAQ says most tattoos need five to ten sessions spaced about six to eight weeks apart, and packages give six sessions for the price of five. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, back, stomach, chest and intimate areas; the Brazilian wax is for women only. Lash, brow, body and tan, makeup and sauna services round out the menu.

Services are by appointment only. Appointments can be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours ahead. Changes made within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. If a coupon was used, a cancellation within 24 hours loses its promotional value, though the coupon keeps its cash value. Memberships with a three-month minimum are billed monthly by auto-pay.
