Laser work is a major part of the menu. Laser hair removal is performed with the Clarity II laser by Lutronic and is offered for face, body and scalp areas in full and partial options. Sessions run from about 15 minutes for small areas to 90 minutes for a full scalp, and a consultation takes 30 minutes. The spa also offers Laser Genesis, laser rejuvenation, and laser treatments for acne, redness or vascular concerns, pigmentation, scars, veins, and stretch marks. The business says its Nationally Certified Esthetician, one of four in Pennsylvania, has performed laser hair removal for over 15 years.

Facials are another core service. A medical grade facial includes a skin analysis and a product regimen recommendation, and the spa suggests it as a first appointment before other treatments, followed by a signature facial every 6 to 8 weeks for maintenance. The custom Inclusive facial is offered in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions, and the signature facial with microcurrent and LED light starts at $300. Other options include dermaplane facials, which are typically repeated every 4 to 6 weeks, an acne treatment that starts at $200 and is usually a series of 30 to 45 minute sessions one to two weeks apart over 12 weeks or more, MILIA extractions, and a beard care facial.

Injectables include Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella and Renuva. The spa describes Botox as softening existing wrinkles, and injectors may suggest Dysport or a combination of Botox and Dysport depending on goals. Brow services include microblading and permanent makeup tattoo, lip services include lip blushing, lip filler and laser lip plump, and there are lash lift and tint, pro makeup, IV infusions, and massage. IV options are 0.9% Saline, Myers Cocktail, Get Up & Go and Quench. Before a first IV drip, clients complete a virtual Good Faith Exam and medical history forms.

Memberships, gift cards and payment plans through Cherry and Affirm are available. Parking is in public lots next to the building, and street parking is not allowed directly in front from 4 PM to 7 PM on weekdays. The spa sits across W Liberty Avenue from Arsenal Cider House and is minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and the West End.
