Services are grouped into color, keratin and texturing, cut and styling, makeup, Botox, weddings, and products. Color work includes balayage, ombre, foiling, single or double process color, and corrective color. Texturing covers chemical straighteners, a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment, perms, re-texturizing and foundation work, and spiral or body texturing. Cuts range from trendy and modern to classic, retro, or a mix of styles, and the menu also includes blow-outs, cut and style, and updos.

Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended, and same-day appointments are available. Appointments are confirmed a day or two before. Clients are asked to arrive on time, and changes need 24 hours' notice. Visits can include a complimentary cappuccino.

The team keeps current by attending hair shows, conferences and classes. The salon says its staff has trained with some of the world's leading beauty professionals in the United States and Europe.

Hair and makeup can also be booked off-premise after a consultation. Bridal hair includes updos, long waves and smooth, silk-style finishes. Wedding parties, rehearsal dinners and the wedding day itself can be booked, but a bridal or special occasion contract is required. Prices for appointments before or after regular hours, off-site, or on holidays are quoted at booking.

Hours are Tuesday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 7:30pm, Thursday 10:00am to 8:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 7:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
