Hair work is the core of the menu. Braids and twists come in many named styles, from box braids and knotless braids to Senegalese, Havana, Marley and passion twists. Color ranges from single process and highlights to balayage and ombre. Cuts, blowouts, silk press, perms and body waves, and extensions are all available, along with locs and twist services. For natural hair, the salon focuses on conditioning and styling for all textures, curl revival, dreadlock styling and heat damage treatment. Men can book haircuts, color and some natural-hair services. The spa side includes waxing, several massage styles, a wood therapy service and scalp and hair treatments.

Consultations are $25 and take about 20 minutes. Several services are priced by consultation, and prices may change based on hair length or damage. Services can run longer than listed, and clients can add a second service through the check out more services option. Walk-ins are accepted, with booked clients given priority. The salon is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm, though hours can change. A cancellation made without notice may cost the deposit where one applies, and in rare cases such as emergencies a missed-cancellation deposit may be credited toward a later visit. Services are not refundable or exchangeable, and the salon says it guarantees its work.

The salon's stated focus is conditioning and styling natural hair of every texture, with a philosophy built on luxury, personalized care and healthy hair.
