To book, clients request an appointment or a consultation through the contact page. Services range from custom coloring and highlighting to precision cuts, keratin treatments, ponytails, hair styling sessions and custom wigs.

The business also sells natural wavy, natural kinky or curly, and relaxed straight 100% virgin Indian hair. Hair is sold by weight in 3.5-ounce bundles, and the FAQ suggests two bundles for 14 to 18 inch lengths and three for 20 inches or longer for a sew-in. Clip-in sets come with seven pieces. The darkest shade is off-black and unprocessed; once color-treated, the hair is no longer considered virgin. With good maintenance the hair is said to last at least a year, and the business recommends a hydrating shampoo and conditioner along with Eco Style Black Castor and Flaxseed Oil Gel to reduce frizz.

Orders of $400 or more need a photo of the customer's state ID, emailed after ordering with the order number. Orders are processed in one business day unless information is missing.
