The hair menu includes haircuts, blow dries, color that is customized to each client, conditioning treatments for all hair types, and up-dos with styling, flat-ironing, curls and pinning. Relaxing conditioning treatments can be combined with massage by trained specialists. Brazilian Blowout, an acai-based smoothing treatment, is offered for smoother hair with less frizz, and the salon says results can last up to 12 weeks. LISCO thermal reconditioning pairs chemical relaxers with a flat iron to give very straight, shiny hair.

Hair extensions are professionally applied to add length or fullness. Extension clients book with a 50% non-refundable deposit, need move-up appointments every six to eight weeks, and receive complimentary adjustments for slippage or blending within 14 days of the service. Extension hair is custom and final sale, and the guarantee does not apply if the extensions are cut, colored, moved up or removed by another salon or individual.

Beyond hair, the salon offers brow shaping, lash tabs, makeup application and a makeup lesson. Styling and makeup can also be booked for events, and clients are asked to speak with a manager to arrange them. A wedding team can work in the salon or on location. The salon does not offer refunds for services, but if a client is unhappy with a service, a complimentary re-do is offered within two weeks of the original appointment.
