Nail work is a major focus. The salon describes its hand-painted nail art as award-winning and says it has been featured on NBC's TODAY Show. Nail art techniques include stamping, chrome, foils, airbrush and cat eye, and a consultation is needed before nail art. Manicures and pedicures range from a basic manicure to a Dermalogica Spa Manicure with an exfoliating scrub, a masque, warm towels and extra massage. Pedicures are done in Human Touch reclining massage chairs, and the Qtica Spa Pedicure uses the Qtica professional line. Enhancements include Gel-X soak-off tips, hard gels, and CND Plexigel. The Gel-X set needs no fill at two to three weeks and is replaced with a new set instead.

Skin services are performed by licensed estheticians. The salon uses Dermalogica products and is a partner of Jane Iredale Cosmetics. Skin therapists are trained at the International Dermal Institute, and Dermalogica treatments are generally recommended about every four to six weeks. Facials are consulted before service so the approach can be chosen for each client. Pro Power Peel combinations need a phone call to book, and microcurrent requires a consultation first because some conditions are contraindicated.

Booking is appointment-based. The salon will try to fit clients in on short notice when it can, and booking ahead is the surest way to get a specific day and time. Dazzle Body Art has been part of the business since 2002 and has worked at the Wisconsin State Fair ever since. Its artists create freehand and custom body designs, glitter body designs that the salon says can last up to a week, and traditional face painting. The team also works at Summerfest, the Rock County 4-H Fair, and other festivals and corporate events.
