The salon treats skincare as a craft, planning personalized treatments around consistency and the way skin renews itself over time rather than one-off fixes.

The menu is organized in tiers. Skin Magic for Beginners suits new clients and includes the Signature Skin Treatment, which combines exfoliation, extractions, a masque and serum infusion, along with the Clarity Peel for clearing and refining and the Plump Peel, a two-phase hydrating peel designed for sensitive or first-time peel clients. The Advanced Skin Magic range adds a customized acid peel, a back peel, dermaplaning, Luminfusion (nano-infused retinol with light therapy), Nanoinfusion (active serums delivered with a precision pen) and the Melanopro Peel System, a two-phase treatment aimed at dark spots and uneven texture that includes an in-office mask and an at-home resurfacing routine.

Waxing is done with sensitive, vegan-friendly products, using Mermaid Wax. Makeup Matching uses jane iredale mineral makeup, with each match personalized to skin tone and texture. Brow tinting and brow shaping are available as add-ons.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to text or call on arrival and to disclose all prescription skincare, including acne medications and retinoids. Retinol is typically stopped three to seven days before many facials, sun exposure is limited and SPF is used daily in the week before. Facials are usually recommended every four to six weeks. Before waxing, clients should avoid self-tanner, tanning within 72 hours and deodorant on the area being waxed.

Each client's skin is studied with a scientific eye, looking at how it functions, what it needs and how it responds to treatments and home care. Plans rely on evidence-based methods and routines a client can keep up.
