Sugaring is the core service, offered to men and women with full-body treatments. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water and applied at body temperature. It is water-soluble and clings to hair rather than live skin, and hair is removed in the direction of growth. The business says it never reuses or double-dips its paste. Brazilian sugaring, which can be shaped in several ways, is a specialty and usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. Staff prepare the area during the appointment and walk clients through each step.

The business puts weight on client education. Its FAQ says sugaring results can last up to six weeks, and that repeated sessions tend to leave new hair finer and thinner. Clients are asked to let hair grow to at least 1/8 inch, wash and dry the bikini area, remove lotions or oils beforehand, and exfoliate two days before a visit. Afterward, exfoliating two days later and every other day until the next visit is recommended. Brazilian sugaring is typically repeated every 3 to 6 weeks.

Facials are performed by estheticians. The menu moves from basic facials, including a Korean glass skin option and a lymphatic drainage facial using a Gua Sha tool, to advanced treatments such as dermaplaning with a sterile blade, microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy), oxygen, high frequency, galvanic and LED combinations. Chemical peels range from an enzymatic pumpkin peel to acid-based lifts for acne, lightening and anti-aging concerns, and a signature facelift treatment is based on the 4-Layer Facelift from Image Skincare. Photodynamic therapy is offered for moderate to severe acne and is listed at 75 minutes.

Clients under 14 need a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a 100% missed appointment fee that cannot be credited to a future visit, and repeat offenders may be charged the full cost of each appointment and restricted from booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice. Appointment reminders go out by text and email 24 hours ahead, and same-day bookings receive a confirmation email instead.

The Bethesda studio sits next to the Waverly Parking Garage on Montgomery Avenue, about two minutes on foot from the Bethesda Metro Station on the Red Line, and has a Metro elevator to street level as well as an escalator. Free parking is offered on Sundays and holidays at the Waverly meter garage. The Frederick studio is above Jeong's Urbana Taekwondo, across from the Villages of Urbana shopping center, with free parking behind the building where reserved spots may be used when open. It is reached by stairs only, with no elevator.
