Children under 10 have their own section with polish changes and manicure or pedicure options.

Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. A classic pedicure is the base, with a spa version that adds a sea salt soak, sugar scrub, lotion massage and a hot-towel-wrapped moisturizer mask. Higher tiers add an organic option made with vegan, cruelty-free ingredients, a hot stone version with oiled stones, callus removal and a mud mask, a jelly made from natural extracts and essential oils, a seasonal CBD or herbal option where clients ask the technician for details, and a top tier with volcanic crystals, collagen massage lotion and a collagen cream mask. Foot massage can be added to a pedicure for 10 or 15 minutes.

The salon also offers face and body waxing, a Relaxing Facial, and mink eyelash extensions in natural, medium volume and volume styles, with full sets and 2- or 3-week fills. Lash clients pay a deposit when booking and arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

Hygiene is a stated priority. Reusable implements and electrical tools are cleaned and go through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process, buffers and files are single use, and every pedicure is done with liner protection.

The salon accepts cash and card. Refunds are not offered on services, since the salon says clients pay for its time and supplies. A redo is offered if a client is unhappy with quality and reports it right after the service. Nail fix requests must be made within five days for gel polish or dipping services and within three days for other services, and a redo does not cover a change of service or color. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel. Gift certificate sales are final.
