Sugaring is the core of the menu. The studio's Organic Sugaring Wax is made from sugar, lemon and water, and is offered as a natural hair-removal option. Women can book sugaring for the face, arms, underarms, legs, back, stomach, buttocks and bikini area, priced by area, from small areas at $18 (10 minutes) to full legs at $100 (40 minutes). A men's sugaring treatment called Manzilian covers the front and between the rear. The studio says it uses only organic products and holds high hygiene standards.

Brow services come in three tiers: Naturally Beautiful Brows Clean up, Design and Perfectly Refined. A basic Eyebrow Clean Up is listed at $25 and takes 15 minutes. Luxury lash extensions are offered through collaborator Kimmie Jacob, and body sculpting (Lymphatic Drainage, Body Contouring and BBL Cups) is provided by in-house collaborators. Customized skin care is also listed.

Repeat clients can use Beauty Bank monthly memberships, priced at $25, $55 or $85, which provide service credits of $30, $70 or $110 each month. Credits roll over if unused and apply only to full-price services, and members get 10% off retail products. Memberships require a four-month minimum commitment, and members earn one month of freeze eligibility after every fourth consecutive paid month. Series packages for women and men are also listed, with three- and six-session options that expire six or twelve months after purchase.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card; prepaid cards are not accepted. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and at least 12 hours' notice avoids fees. A late cancellation or change within the 12-hour window carries a 50% fee, a repeat carries 100%, and a no-call, no-show carries a full fee. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additional hours may be arranged on request by email or text in advance.
