Henna services include a brow tint, where the color is discussed in the studio, and custom henna designs, which start at a set price and vary with the design. Piercing services cover nostril piercings, a double nostril option, and ear and specialty piercings. Piercing fees do not include jewelry, which is priced per piece and includes 18k gold-plated pieces and piercing jewelry.

Placement, jewelry suitability and the full quote for piercings are settled in person, so the studio asks people to call ahead for a specific placement or henna design. Children's ear piercing requires a phone call first to confirm age eligibility, parent or guardian attendance, identification and price. Clients are also asked to share any skin sensitivity and recent skin treatments before the visit so the studio can advise on skin care.

Studio hours are listed as Monday 11:30 AM to 6 PM, closed Tuesday, Wednesday through Saturday 11:30 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 11:30 AM to 5 PM.
