Each plan is built around the individual client, and quality and safety are central to how the practice runs. The business describes services that prompt the body to produce its own collagen as a specialty, and says its team is highly trained, experienced and dedicated. Injector training and shadow days with Cara Heym are offered and booked separately from regular appointments.

Chemical peels come with a detailed aftercare plan, and visible improvement typically shows within one to two weeks. Mild redness after microneedling usually settles within 24 to 48 hours, and a series of three to six SkinPen sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, may be recommended.

The business carries Alastin Skincare, along with in-office skincare, eye care and wellness products sold through its online shop. Its own skincare line contains CBD, CBG and starfish extract, and the business claims the line produces 2.5 times the amount of collagen. Clients can pay over time through Cherry payment plans, which may include 0% APR options subject to eligibility, or through CareCredit. E-gift cards are sold, and physical gift cards are available in the office.

Booking requires a debit or credit card on file, and a $100 reservation fee is charged to it. That fee is non-refundable and is subtracted from the treatment cost on the appointment day. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, with automated email and text reminders sent ahead of that mark, and must be made by speaking with a staff member. Late cancellations are charged $100, or $200 for longer procedures such as dermal fillers, microneedling, Morpheus8 and PDO threads. A client who has not arrived 15 or more minutes after the start time is treated as a no-show, with a $200 fee, or $100 if the appointment must be rescheduled, and appointments end on schedule so the next client can be seen. A no-show is charged the full price of the missed treatment, or $200 when the price is not on the menu, such as Botox. Prices and services are subject to change.
