Services are grouped into color, men's, perm, waxing and women's, and the menu includes several haircuts that can be done in sign language for Deaf and hard of hearing clients.

The salon's open hours are limited: Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, Friday, and Saturday morning and early afternoon. It is closed on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients who can't make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later, available in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000. Approval is needed before the appointment.

Sign language haircuts are offered, and the stylist is not fluent in sign but works to help each client get across what they want in a comfortable way.
