The spa says it was one of Maryland's first Japanese head spas, and head spa treatments are central to the menu. The Orchid Signature Head Spa begins with a scalp analysis and moves through a double cleanse, exfoliation, a waterfall rinse, deep conditioning, and a scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. The Royal Scalpacial Experience at Chester adds a customized facial, hot towels, and an arm massage to a head spa visit, and a Head Spa Experience for two lets guests receive the Signature treatment side by side in a private setting.

Facial services include customized Korean and European facials, a Glo2 luxury oxygen facial, luxury collagen therapy, a men's facial with beard work, and a back facial with hot stone massage. Microneedling, NanoNeedling, and Celuma LED and red light therapy are also offered, along with Scratch Touch therapeutic massage and a foot facial in the Relaxation Salt Lounge style.

Groups can book spa parties, birthday parties for all ages, bridal and wedding parties, Mommy and Me services, and couples treatments. Kids and teens have their own spa services, and Frederick offers the Little Orchid Spa Collection. Three memberships are available: Orchid Essentials, Orchid Luxe, and Orchid Signature.

The spa states that it does not upsell, pressure clients into buying products, or charge hidden add-on fees. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount through each location's booking site, and gift card sales are final. At Frederick, Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
