The lash menu covers full sets in classic, hybrid, volume, wet look and mega volume styles, along with fills, mini fills, lash lifts and tints, and extension removal. Full sets run from 60 to 90 minutes depending on the style, and fills are typically booked every two weeks.

Brow services include brow tinting, brow lamination, a combined lamination and tint, and a longer Fall Powder Brow Special that takes about three hours. Add-ons such as colored or wispy lash accents, a hydrating collagen lip mask and a cleansing kit can be added to a visit, each taking about ten minutes. Tooth gems, individual gems bonded to the teeth, are also offered; the studio says they last six to nine months.

Booking is done online. Deposits of $25 are typically required for full sets and some other services, and a $50 deposit applies to new clients booking a wet look set. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows are charged a 100% fee. A lash fill is only priced as a fill if at least half of the previous set's extensions remain; otherwise the full set price applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for approved customers on bookings between $50 and $4,000.
