According to the studio, the henna tint lasts up to two to three weeks on skin and five to six weeks on hair.

The lash menu includes removal of existing extensions with a professional gel remover, a Korean lash lift with tint that uses milder solutions for a soft curl and, according to the studio, lasts eight to ten weeks, and classic, 2D wet, mixed and volume extension sets with fill-in appointments. Waxing covers the lip, chin, underarms, full face, half and full arms, and lower and full legs.

Booking takes a deposit at the time of booking, ranging from $5 to $65 depending on the service. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and deposits are non-refundable and forfeited if that window is missed. A same-day reschedule of a fill-in carries a 50% charge. The grace period is 15 minutes for appointments of an hour or more and 10 minutes for shorter ones, and a $35 no-show fee applies. Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments. Gift cards are available. Hours are Tuesday 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3 PM, with Monday, Wednesday and Sunday closed.
