Opulent BeYouty Salon was founded on the idea that every woman should bring out her own beauty, with the aim of helping clients look and feel their best. The Hair Loss Clinic is the newest part of the business and is run by owner Markena Tillman.

The salon offers extension and hairpiece services: commercial hair, where the client's own hair is sewn up so only the added hair shows; dream catcher, which adds an extension while leaving the client's hair free to wear in any style; partial head sewing, which parts the hair from ear to ear in the front or back; and top-secret, a customized hairpiece worn on the crown. The Hair Loss Clinic begins with a 55-minute consultation for $85 that reviews the client's answers, assesses the scalp, and leads to a customized plan. Treatment packages start at $2,500 and vary with the products needed, and typically include a scalp scoping and analysis, light therapy sessions, 90 days of recommended products, monthly checkups, and vitamins with conditioner. Light therapy can be scheduled twice a week for 8 weeks, weekly for 16 weeks, or every other week for 28 weeks. The clinic uses XTC hair regeneration products. The salon states that visible results usually take 3 to 6 months and that the program is long-term, and it says its XTC products are clinically proven to regrow hair in 4 to 10 weeks.

Appointments are required, and the salon is open Thursday and Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 6am to 1pm. Monday and Wednesday are reserved for hair loss appointments. Online booking requires a valid credit card, which is kept on file and charged after the service. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full. Commercial hair and partial head sewing require a 50% deposit, dream catcher hair must be bought before the appointment is secured, and top-secret hairpieces are paid in full when requested. Commercial hair prices can vary with the stylist's experience level, hair density, product use, and time needed, and all prices may change without notice. Hair loss treatments are not billed to insurance, though some HSA or FSA cards may be accepted in certain cases. The clinic does not treat anyone under 18. Clients on a treatment plan are advised not to use minoxidil or a laser comb on the day they color their hair.
