The process begins with an initial consult covering health history, current concerns and what the patient hopes to achieve. Together the patient and the clinic set health goals, then move on to lab testing that includes hormone analysis, genetic insights and metabolic markers. The result is a personalized plan that may include supplement protocols, dietary and lifestyle strategies, and medication recommendations when appropriate. Follow-up visits track how the body responds and adjust the plan, and the clinic keeps working on goals after they are reached.

Services cover hormone replacement therapy for women and for men, including testosterone replacement. Medical weight loss is run as a doctor-guided program that can combine semaglutide or tirzepatide with nutrition and movement planning, behavioral support, regular check-ins and, when needed, peptide therapy or hormone optimization. Other offerings include cognitive health, gut health, metabolic health, nutritional therapy using personalized food, supplement and lifestyle plans, and longevity and healthy aging care. Before a first appointment, new patients complete a new-patient lab panel that measures over 65 biomarkers, plus consent forms and questionnaires in the patient portal. Local patients have their lab draws at the Largo office, and out-of-town patients use a Quest Diagnostics location. Lab draws should be booked at least one week ahead of the clinic appointment, and patients who still menstruate are asked to schedule them on day 19, 20 or 21 of their cycle. Payment is taken by phone or through the credit card storage form in the portal before the lab order is placed. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
