Dr. Haley Todsen

Dr. Haley Todsen started Optimize Integrative Health. She holds DO and MSCP credentials and is board certified in emergency medicine. She has practiced emergency medicine for more than 20 years and still works in an emergency department. She is an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, serves on the board of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, and is a member of ACEP.

Her osteopathic medical degree came from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and her emergency medicine residency was completed at Genesys Regional Medical Center, Michigan State University. She is a Certified Practitioner of The Menopause Society. She also holds Fellow status with A4M, where her training covers anti-aging, metabolic and functional medicine. Separately, she completed integrative medicine fellowship training in Healthy Aging and Metabolic Medicine and is board eligible in Healthy Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Her practice centers on hormone health, metabolic health, weight loss and longevity. She draws on her emergency medicine background in every appointment, aiming to catch problems early so patients can stay self-reliant.
