Color is a large part of the menu. Options range from root touch-ups and gloss to full dimensional color, balayage-style highlights and full bleach-and-tone services. Bleach and tone retouch is suggested when there is less than two inches of grow-out. Color correction is offered for box-dyed or compromised hair and major transformations, and a consultation is required before booking. Heavy highlights for very bright blonde results also come with a consultation encouraged beforehand.

Haircuts range from short cuts and clipper cuts to long custom cuts and curly cuts. The curly cut is tailored to curl pattern, density and daily routine, and includes a consultation, shampoo and diffusion or blowout. Hand-tied extensions and hair tinsel are also available. Tinsel strands are linked onto individual pieces, and the salon describes them as non-damaging and lasting two to six months. Extension clients book an extension consultation first, order their hair and pay a service deposit.

New clients are asked to pay a deposit for several larger color services. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free, while cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations carry a 100% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
