The spa says it has looked after clients for nearly two decades.

The massage menu is wide: Swedish, a moderate pressure option, deep tissue, prenatal, Ashiatsu, Ashi-Thai, cupping, Himalayan warm stone, reflexology, manual lymphatic work and four-hand reiki. Clients are asked to say which pressure they prefer when they book so they can be matched with a suitable therapist. The spa describes itself as the only day spa in Columbus that offers Ashiatsu massage exclusively.

The skincare menu runs from express and signature facials to facials for acne-prone, sensitive and hydration-focused skin, along with dermaplaning, HydraFacial, the HydraScalp treatment for thinning hair, waxing and tinting. Several facials can be paired with add-ons such as microcurrent, eye and lip treatments, and a glow peel. Couples can book side-by-side massages, facials and HydraFacials, and yoga sessions are offered alongside floor, table and dual Thai massage formats.

Bookings are made by phone or email, and couples sessions can also be booked through the button on the couples page. If a late arrival means a service has to be rescheduled, a 50% fee applies. Prepaid services and gift cards are not refundable, though remaining balances can be used as store credit. The spa accepts cash, credit and debit, and credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Tipping is optional and can be added at checkout. Clients under 18 need a signed parental consent form, and anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian on site for the whole appointment. Not every provider sees minors, so those appointments are arranged through reception. Grandview has ten parking spaces reserved for clients, and Clintonville has parking in front of and behind the building.

Pressure preferences are matched to the individual at booking, and facials begin with a set treatment before a tailored skincare plan is built.
