Jessica Gillette has worked in the beauty industry since 2012, set up her own business, Jessica Gillette Aesthetics LLC, in 2017, and opened the studio in 2022. The space is set up for skincare, waxing, lashes, microblading and massage, with several professionals working in their own areas.

The studio aims for a warm welcome and a treatment adjusted to each client. Visits are meant to be a break from everyday routines. New clients complete an intake form that matches their appointment type: skincare, lash, wax or sugar, or microblading.

The facial menu is built around DMK. DMK describes itself as one of the world's leading providers of paramedical skin revision and says it has more than 40 years of research and experience across 30 countries. DMK treatments follow a four-step biochemistry-based approach of removing, rebuilding, protecting and maintaining skin. Options include DMK Enzyme Therapy, which is offered with a 30-day home care kit for 2 hours at $275 (the kit is valued at $120), DMK Tissue Strengthening, Muscle Banding, Body Enzyme treatments, Alkaline Wash and the DMK Remodeling Procedure. Advanced DMK treatments require at least three enzyme treatments and a full home care routine first. The studio also offers LED light facials (an Aging Facial, an Acne Facial and an Express LED facial), a Fall Glow Facial at $165 for 1 hour 30 minutes, BioRePeel and a Pro Alpha Six-layer Peel. BioRePeel is a 30% TCA peel offered in a series of up to six, spaced 7 to 10 days apart; the studio says it contains a higher TCA percentage than most peels without causing flaking. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial for $40.

Booking and payment terms are set out clearly. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is free. Cancelling or rescheduling with less notice is charged 50% of the service amount, a late arrival that requires rescheduling is charged 25%, and a no-show is charged 100%. Clients who miss more than three appointments must pay up front for scheduled services. Charges are invoiced through Square and must be paid before the next service. A late arrival may shorten the appointment time without reducing the price.

Treatments are customized to each client using high-quality products. DMK-based skincare works from a biochemistry-based plan of removing, rebuilding, protecting and maintaining skin.
