Visits are booked online through a Vagaro booking page and run by appointment only. Hours depend on each stylist's availability, and the listed schedule runs Tuesday through Sunday with Mondays closed. Sessions are priced at an hourly rate that may differ by stylist, and gratuity is not accepted.

New color clients need a consultation first. The 15-minute consultation costs $25 and is applied as a deposit toward the booked session. Services are offered without gender-based pricing.

Single process and fantasy refresh sessions come in express and standard lengths, while custom lightening sessions are booked in blocks from 2 to 6 hours, with blow-dry or haircut and blow-dry included. Cezanne smoothing treatments, a range of haircuts and 30-minute treatment add-ons for build-up, chlorine and hard water round out the menu.

Cancellations need more than 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 25% of the total services. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can lead to future appointments being declined. Refunds are not offered, but clients unhappy with their hair can report it within 7 days for adjustments.
