Opal Raw Beauty offers customized facials and a range of waxing services, including facial, underarm, bikini and leg work. The studio also offers Human Design readings, which are currently being booked. The studio describes itself as more than skincare, a place to return to yourself.

Skin care here is approached from the root, taking lifestyle, hormones, nutrition and emotional well-being into account. Hard wax is used for facial, underarm and bikini services, and soft wax for larger areas such as legs, with clients free to choose either. Hair needs at least two weeks of growth before a waxing appointment.

Human Design is described as a system for understanding how a person is designed to make decisions and use energy. To book a reading, clients fill in a chart form with their birth date, city and state of birth, exact birth time, and whether they would like a virtual or in-person session.

Clients who book a follow-up wax within four weeks, or a follow-up facial within four to six weeks, at the previous appointment receive 10% off that service. Rescheduling to a later date forfeits the discount. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, or the full-price service is charged, and no-shows are charged full price. Clients running late are asked to call, as the studio may reschedule or shorten the service. Clients under 18 must bring a parent or guardian to the first visit to consent.
