The menu is built around facials, from a first-visit skin assessment and a customized facial to peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, oxygen and hydro-dermabrasion treatments. Facials are grouped by concern, including brightening for pigmentation, calming for sensitive or dry skin, and clearing for breakouts and excess oil. Teen facials for ages 13 to 17 include extractions as needed and skin care education, and a parent or legal guardian must stay in the treatment room for the full service under Pennsylvania state guidelines.

Add-on enhancements can be booked with most facials, such as a microcurrent treatment aimed at the jawline, cheeks or brow, LED light, a Hand and Foot Renewal, and a 30-minute sinus and lymphatic drainage session that may use Gua Sha. Luminous eye and skin treatments use nano-infusion, and multi-session series are available for both. A body option, the Back Clarifying Treatment, is a one-hour corrective session for congestion and breakouts that does not include massage.

Waxing covers brows, chin, lip and full face, and includes a lip exfoliation and lip balm. Brow Tint and Wax darkens brows and covers gray, with the tint lasting four to six weeks. Oncology Support Facial may require medical clearance before booking and is offered at a reduced rate. Advanced Chemical Peel requires a pre-treatment consultation.

Gift cards are sold in $120, $150, $190 and $250 amounts or a custom amount, and skin care products from Dermalogica can be ordered through a product link, usually arriving within two to five days. Gift cards and packages are nonrefundable. Services cancelled within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Heather gives clients time to relax during treatments and introduces techniques and modalities beyond a standard facial.
