The Brow Bar opened in West Chester in 2016 and added a Philadelphia location in 2022, which is operated under Tara Giorgio, LLC. Both salons follow the same policies and booking process.

Brow work is the core of the menu. A visit usually starts with brow mapping, where guided points on the face set the start, arch and end of each brow, followed by trimming, waxing, detail tweezing and skin cleansing. Waxing uses a 98 percent natural wax with a fresh applicator stick for every dip. Brows can also be tinted with an ammonia-free, vegetable-based dye, or laminated with a perm-like treatment that softens and redirects the hairs, which includes a required keratin aftercare product.

New clients begin with either the First Timer or the First Timer Quickie before booking other brow services. Lash lifts come in a traditional version, which curls and semi-permanently darkens natural lashes, and a Korean version that focuses on precision and a softer lift, with tinting and aftercare included. Lash tinting lasts up to six weeks, longer on lighter lashes. Clients who have never had brows or hair colored darker need a patch test at least two days before their appointment. Brow + lash bundles pair a lash lift with a brow wax and tint.

West Chester is open Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, though hours can change. The Philadelphia location runs a flexible schedule Wednesday through Friday, and its hours have not been set yet. Cards are kept on file to reserve appointments, and no-shows or late arrivals are charged the full service cost. Brow services need 24 hours notice to cancel. Appointment changes are made by text to the location's line rather than by email or Instagram. West Chester offers metered street parking and three nearby garages, while Philadelphia has street parking only.
