Ooh La Lash

Ooh La Lash works from a suite at 12 Bridge Square in downtown Anoka and focuses on lash extensions. The salon says it aims to offer quality beauty services in a comfortable, relaxing setting, and it states that it maintains high safety and sanitation standards.

Rather than a single staff, the salon is a collective of independent lash artists, each working with their own clients. Jacqueline Ruikka serves as the salon's curator alongside her own lash work, and the team also includes Jocelyn Dubrawski, Kylie Conley and Madison Schmitt.

The menu starts with a mini set, a lighter option for people trying lash extensions for the first time, at a starting price of $100 for about 90 minutes. Full sets are offered as classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, starting at $199 for the first three and $225 for mega volume; classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash, and volume sets are designed to add fullness to thin or sparse lashes. Fills are priced by how many extensions remain in good condition: a foreign fill for new clients is $25, a 90-minute fill for existing clients starts at $80 when at least 40% of extensions are in good condition, and an extended fill starts at $100 for clients with 25% to 40% in good condition. Removal starts at $30, and it is complimentary with any new full set.

Booking comes with a few practical points. New clients booking full sets are asked for a $100 deposit and new clients booking mini sets for a $50 deposit. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, and hybrid sets also require arriving without mascara. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
