Eyelash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wet, and Wispy styles. Classic places one synthetic extension on each natural lash, while Hybrid mixes single classic lashes with volume fans. Volume uses fans of several ultra-fine lashes, Mega Volume uses larger fans for a denser look, Wet uses partly fanned volume fans for a clumped, glossy finish, and Wispy blends longer and shorter extensions for a feathered effect. Extensions are made from synthetic fibers and come in black, brown, and other colors such as red, blue, and purple. Full sets are priced separately from 2-week and 3-week fills, and appointments generally run about one to two hours depending on the service and existing lashes. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the studio describes extensions as lasting two to three weeks, or longer with maintenance.

Permanent makeup covers brows, eyeliner and lips. Brow options include ombre brows, which use a digital machine to place pigment dots for a gradient with defined edges, nano brows, which use hairstrokes to fill sparse areas, powder brows, and combo brows, which pair hairstrokes at the front with powder shading through the rest of the brow. Eyeliner is offered as basic, wing, lash line, and shaded styles, and the studio lists lip blushing, permanent lips, and lip neutralization. Numbing is used before and during lip procedures as needed, and the studio suggests about two days of downtime for lips because some swelling may occur. Results vary from person to person and the studio does not guarantee outcomes.

Permanent makeup is usually done in two sessions: an initial procedure and a touch-up to fill any gaps, with the touch-up booked six to eight weeks after the first session by the same artist. The total price is due at the first session and includes the touch-up. Free consultations are offered to new clients, and to existing clients considering a touch-up. Refresher appointments are generally needed every one to two years and are charged.

Waxing covers brows, a full face service that includes the eyebrows, lip, chin and neck, an ultimate full face that adds sideburns, and a wax and tint that combines brow waxing with tinting. Lash lifts and lash tints are also offered, with a patch test recommended for very sensitive skin and scheduled by phone before a lift or tint.

The studio asks clients to arrive with no makeup or skincare on the face and clean lashes free of oil, mascara and liner, to bring photos or examples of the look they want, and to avoid caffeine before lash appointments.
