Owner Melissa Martinez is a licensed hairstylist and hair extension specialist. She has been working in hair since 2010 and has more than 15 years in the beauty industry, and many clients have been coming to her for years.

Visits usually begin with a consultation. Extension consultations cover options, care and maintenance, and extension pricing, including application, removal and tightenings, is set after the consultation. Hair restoration consultations review the hair and scalp, medical history, lifestyle and hair care habits to build a personalized plan. Topper consultations include a scalp assessment, measurements, custom color and texture matching, and a review of pricing and timeline; full payment is required to place a custom topper order.

The wig collection pieces are custom-made, hand-sewn and sold as one-of-a-kind. Oceana (14 inches) is priced at 400 dollars, Roxy (16 inches) at 500 dollars, Valentina (22 inches) at 500 dollars and Electra (26 inches) at 1,200 dollars. Wigs can also be dropped off for a wash, conditioning treatment and style, by appointment.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 6 pm and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. A non-cash processing fee of up to 3 percent may be added to credit card payments and invoices, while debit cards are excluded; paying by Zelle or debit card avoids the fee. Afterpay is accepted for all extension purchases in four interest-free installments.
