The core of the menu is soft gel work. Gel extensions come as full-coverage GelX sets in any length and shape with one plain gel color, and fill-ins are offered for both BIAB and GelX extensions. Manicures are done dry and can be finished with gel polish of the client's choice or a soft gel builder overlay.

Nail art is sorted into three tiers. The lightest covers two to four accent nails with simple designs, chrome and charms. The middle tier covers all ten fingers with French tips, ombré or 3D designs. The top tier is intricate hand-drawn work, including characters, logos or 3D pieces, and is priced from a starting rate. A dry pedicure focuses on cuticles and calluses and includes one solid polish and a foot massage.

Other services include polish changes for an existing design, removal of gel extensions for nails the salon itself did, and repair of broken or missing nails, priced per nail with full-set pricing once more than five nails are involved.

Booking rules are set out clearly. New clients are asked for a $15 deposit for most services. Nails should arrive bare, and damaged nails are not serviced, so clients unsure about nail health are asked to text first. Extra guests are not permitted. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 25% fee, and no-call, no-show bookings are charged the full service and the client is banned from booking. Fill-ins and removals are not offered for nails the salon did not service.

Payment is by cash or card. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
