Braid prices are quoted from a starting price for standard mid-back length, and hair is included in those braid prices. Appointment times vary a lot by style: feed-in braids take about two hours and three quarters, while small knotless braids can take up to nine hours. Boho styling is a short add-on that can only be added to original braids or twists and uses 100% human hair.

Instant locs and loc extensions begin with a free 15-minute consultation, where the final price, parting size, loc thickness, and length are discussed. The service takes about seven hours and starts at a $300 minimum, with the final price based on loc length and thickness. Clients book the consultation before the service and pay a 50% deposit of the final amount.

Some services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book, while Wash Only and Braid Foundations must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price. Regular hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and appointments outside those hours are arranged by contacting the salon.
