The nail menu runs from a basic gel manicure, about 75 minutes, to a structured manicure that uses a builder gel overlay and does not add length, and a Gel X set with pre-shaped tips. Children's gel manicures are offered for children under 12, and Gel X extensions for ages 16 and under. Nail designs, chrome powder, cateye magnetic polish and freehand French tips can be added to a manicure. Gel removal is booked only when no manicure is being done, polish changes are offered only when the current set is no more than a week old, and acrylic or dip removal is available for sets applied elsewhere.

Custom press-on nails begin with a fitting and consultation, and pricing and timelines are set for each design. The sets are reusable and come with a kit for preparing the nails. Prep and application must be added to a custom design and includes a manicure.

Hair and brow services include fairy hair tinsel, applied with a silicone bead and lasting two weeks or longer, plus the Natulique anti-hair loss treatment with its shampoo, conditioner and serum. A cleansing shampoo and conditioning service is available, and clients may bring their own products or use the stylist's.

The shop is open Monday from 2 to 6 PM, Tuesday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Friday and Sunday. Late cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 100% fee, while cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment.
