The salon describes itself as one of the top bridal salons in the area. Bridal work can be done in the salon or on-site, and on-site appointments are limited to wedding parties of six or more within a 20-mile drive of the salon. Bridal services include design styling, makeup, flower girl styling and shampoo with custom styling, with trials offered separately and recommended 60 to 90 days before the wedding.

Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, children's cuts for ages 12 and under, single process color, partial and full highlights, balayage, foilyage, glossing or toner, and corrective color. Treatments include Olaplex, conditioning, perms, spiral perms for longer hair, relaxers, shampoo and style, and keratin treatments priced by the service added.

Beyond hair, the salon offers waxing for brows, lips, chin and strip lashes, brow tinting, lash extensions, a lash lift and tint, and spray tanning.

Booking requires a credit card on file, which is charged only for services received or for a cancellation that falls outside the policy. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Payment is taken at the time of service by cash, check or credit card, and AMEX is not accepted.

The salon says it offers in-salon education throughout the year for its team.
