The 104 Blonde is a full head of strategically placed highlights meant to lighten hair while keeping dimension, and a partial version suits clients with two to four months of grow-out. Face framing is a brightening option for in-between appointments. Blonde services include a gloss and a bonding treatment. For grey coverage, single process color is mixed for the roots only, while all over color runs from roots to ends to adjust tone and cover grey. Gloss is a demi-permanent color used to remove unwanted tones or enhance them.

The Lived In line is built around hair that is growing out. Full Lived In Color is a full-head dimensional service with face framing, brightened ends and blended roots, and the maintenance version covers a half head for hair two to four months out. Both include root melt, gloss and bonding.

Extensions are a major part of the salon. It uses hand-tied hair extensions under the Habit Extension Method, installed with Easi Hair Pro and Habit Hair X, in 100% cuticle-intact Remy human hair. Options run from a one-row volume set using four wefts, to a partial length set, a full length set of two rows, and an extreme length set for thick hair or a larger head. Extension consultations ask for photos of the front and back of the hair in natural light. The salon states that extensions last six to 12 months with proper care and that wefts are replaced as needed.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through the end of business two days before. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows are charged 100%. Same-day calls or messages do not count as cancellation notice. Clients receive a reminder text five days ahead and a confirmation text two days ahead, and can opt in or out of texts.
