The business focuses on clean beauty and encourages customers to switch to clean personal care products. Facial guests who have recently had a laser, chemical peel, microneedling, injectable or another skin treatment are asked to call before booking. Online booking covers individual appointments, packages and gift cards; if a preferred time is not listed online, guests can call the salon and the business says it will try to accommodate. Energy healing sessions are booked by phone.

Packages of three or five facials or massages are offered at a 15% discount. Clients on a bridal plan receive 15% off facials and 10% off products until the wedding day, and the $50 bridal consultation fee is credited toward a bridal bundle booked within 24 hours of the consultation. Prenatal massage is available on request.

Facials are built from modern modalities and holistic rituals, with a bespoke protocol for each client. Massage sessions are customized and blend Eastern and Western techniques, and body treatments are designed to align body, mind and soul.
