The team includes medical skincare specialists, nurse practitioners, a physician assistant and a board-certified plastic surgeon. The business says its experts together have more than 40 years of combined experience in aesthetics. Melissa Thal Rhodes, an adult nurse practitioner, developed the practice in Nashville.

The facial menu is the everyday core of the business. Core facials include the Ona Signature, Express, Gentlemen's, Teen and Mom-to-Be versions. Advanced options cover clarifying acne, microdermabrasion, oxygen and ultra hydrating treatments, plus a combined facial and body treatment. LED sessions use white, green, red or blue light depending on the goal. Facials usually take 30 to 90 minutes, are commonly booked monthly, and the business says they generally need no downtime. Facial bookings do not require a consultation; clients call the office to book.

Botox is also offered for TMJ and jaw pain and for migraines, and it is not recommended for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or living with a neuromuscular disorder. Laser services range from skin resurfacing, Laser Genesis and Hollywood Laser Peel to 3D Skin Rejuvenation, hair removal, IPL and tattoo removal. Ultherapy and CoolSculpting Elite are available at Belle Meade only. Wellness services include whole-body cryotherapy, hormone replacement therapy with customizable plans, IV and NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss and the Thinnr program. Three wellness programs run for three to six months. Before recommending wellness care, providers review medical history, symptoms, medications and current treatment.

Clients are asked to keep a credit card on file. Changes made with at least 24 hours' notice carry no charge; shorter notice is charged 50 percent of the reserved amount, and missed appointments are charged the full amount. Botox and injectable filler no-shows carry a $100 fee, and CoolSculpting and Ultherapy require a $500 deposit. New clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, which is also sent ahead of time.

Treatment plans are built around each client's goals, skin needs and budget, starting with an in-depth consultation and an online treatment planner. The business says its methods are evidence-based and aim for natural-looking results.
