Most color, extension, wig and bridal bookings start with a hair assessment, which is valid for 30 days. The in-salon assessment usually takes about 30 minutes and can run longer depending on concerns. A virtual version is a one-on-one video session with a hair health expert that ends in a personalized haircare plan. In-salon hair-loss assessments review hair history, lifestyle and wellness habits, then evaluate the scalp and follicles. Hair-loss therapy appointments include microscopic scalp analysis and a customized at-home care package; they are generally not covered by insurance and no prescriptions are given. The salon does not diagnose medical conditions and may refer clients to a dermatologist.

Curl and silk press services are timed around a 16-week window. New Curl Session Cuts and New Silk Press services are for new clients and for anyone who has not visited in over 16 weeks, while returning clients within that window book follow-up or styling sessions. The salon says curl styling can last 3 to 5 days with proper care, depending on curl type and lifestyle. Express Curl Session Cuts are a 45-minute dry cut for keeping an existing shape and are not suited to major changes; many clients book every 8 to 12 weeks.

Beyond the chair, the salon sends its stylists to studios and weddings, including overseas bookings. Bridal appointments at the salon begin with a personal consultation and cover prep and styling, such as updos, blowouts or defined curls, and brides are welcome to wear veils and accessories. On-location bridal service runs a full day with one dedicated stylist, from the ceremony through the reception. It is offered nearby and farther afield, and travel is worked out during the consultation. Wedding party packages cover the bride plus up to six others, each with reserved time, and more bridesmaids can be added. Wedding hair planning pairs a consultation with a trial run that checks the look against the gown, and the salon recommends booking three to six months ahead. The Bridal Beauty Subscription lines up a series of monthly services: gloss treatments, scalp and hair wellness care, trims, and a last style run-through before the big day.

Booking requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations; late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service and no-shows 100 percent. Illness cancellations after the deadline are not penalized, but the payment is credited toward a rescheduled visit, which must be arranged the same day. Pre-payment is accepted two days before the appointment, and there is a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving with heavy tangles may be charged an extra fee, wait longer, or receive a reduced service. Services are paid by card, and tips can be given in cash or through Cash App. Extra guests need to be arranged in advance.
