Quarita Futrell

Quarita Futrell started On the RUNNN Salon and Girl Next Door Hair. She holds a Licensed Master Cosmetologist credential and is an IAT Certified Trichologist. She also serves as a STRAND Network Ambassador, linking licensed cosmetologists with board-certified dermatologists. Her practice centers on advanced hair and scalp care, such as personalized consultations, support for hair loss, scalp-conscious styling and strategies for preserving hair. She works mainly with clients who have scarring alopecia, and she has over 20 years of experience as a haircare professional. Earlier in her career she was a Network Educator for Bumble and bumble and a Backstage Stylist for Oribe. Her collaborations have included projects linked to BET, Donna Karan, Pat McGrath Labs, Sephora, Coach, Netflix, Amazon, Dell, Disney and the Black Film Festival.
