Clients who have hair loss are asked to book a phone consultation before certain styles, such as finger waves with added hair.

Pricing details depend on the service. Shampoo and style are an extra charge on cuts, and the salon sets prices by hair type, length and desired style. Lace frontal quickweaves include a partial relaxer and black or brown color for the back and sides, and high lift colors cost more.

Booking policies: cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free of penalty. A cancellation inside 24 hours means a service of at least $65 must be booked before another appointment can be scheduled. The salon does not give refunds, but it issues a credit that can be used within one month of cancellation. Monday virtual appointments are arranged by email, call or text.

The salon fits each service to the client's hair type, length and goal, starting with a consultation for larger or custom work.
